Uniquely located between Bass River and a working cranberry bog, this home encompasses some of the best of what Cape Cod has to offer. BBQ on the deck overlooking both the bog and Bass River. Enjoy the simplicity of the lovely Cape décor within this home. The main floor holds the primary bedroom with queen bed and 32"TV. Just across the hall is a full bathroom with walk in shower. The recently updated kitchen will not disappoint the chef in your family. With the family room (with 55" TV) and dining space adjacent to the spacious kitchen and the double doors leading to the deck just off the dining space, everyone will be included in together time! There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor. One has a queen bed and the other has both a queen and a twin trundle bed and 32" TV. There is an additional bathroom with a tub on the second floor. Immerse yourself in Mother Nature's beauty with a stroll around the quiet neighborhood loaded with unique finds such as sandy landings prefect for a dip in Bass River or Great Blue Herron skimming the waters or even deer grazing the edges of the bogs. Wilbur Park has a boat ramp and is just up the street! There is driveway parking suitable for a boat and trailer as well as 2 additional cars. There are window AC's in each bedroom and one in the family room. There are two adult bikes available for use. BOOK NOW!!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

This home was perfect for my family's needs. The house was clean, perfectly situated mid-cape and in between many of our favorite activities. It included many convenient extras, even a pair of bicycles. The gift bag with goodies was also very thoughtful and appreciated. The only thing missing was we could have used a few more trash bags so bring extras with you. I would have if I knew there would only be a couple available.

We travel to Cape Cod each year (family of 4 incl 2 tweens) and really loved the location of this rental. Booking was very easy and Berkshire Hathaway was a pleasure to communicate with. The rental was well appointed, and we appreciated the little well-thought out set up. The house was immaculate, and well cared for. - it’s exactly as pictured. We especially appreciated the two bicycles which we were able to use for daily rides on the bike trail and around the neighborhood. The house also had darts and corn hole! House is super close to Bass River for kayaking, and the bike trail. The hosts really thought of everything which allowed us to grill or cook dinners at home most nights. Our two tweens liked expiring the wooded back yard.
We definitely would return!

Ws a very nice area; bed downstairs is very high so not meant for anyone 5 feet or shorter. Within short distance to playgrounds and beaches.
