This newly renovated single floor living ranch style home encompasses everything for a perfect getaway. This beautiful sunny and bright home has a large fully stocked kitchen with all amenities and appliances. The chef in your group will enjoy preparing meals while being included in conversation provided by the open floor plan encompassing the family room, dining room, and kitchen. When it's time to retire, choose from one of the three bedrooms. (One with a queen, one with a full, and one with two twin beds and one twin trundle bed) The house is dog friendly and offers a fenced-in large yard. Additionally, find an outdoor shower, horseshoe pit, BBQ, and lounge area where you can enjoy the morning breeze while sipping your coffee on the deck. WIFI, central A/C, laundry area, and a ping pong table in the basement round out some of the bonuses of this lovely home! There are even bicycles if you would like to ride on the nearby bike path! You will be centrally located to Route 28 including mini-golf, inflatable water park, batting cages, restaurants, and local shopping. This home is minutes from Seagull Beach, Smugglers Beach, and Dennis Beaches where you can enjoy sun bathing, swimming, building sand castles, or participating in water sports such as kayaking! Hyannis Harbor is about 15 minutes car ride away where you can enjoy fishing, sight-seeing excursions, or a day trip to the Islands. Main Street Hyannis is adjacent to the harbor and offers miles of dining and shopping! Hit the links at a nearby golf course or take in a concert at the Melody Tent. 2 night minimum reservations may be applicable on the off season with an added cleaning fee. BOOK NOW! My husband and I rented this property during this past Thanksgiving time frame. Dog friendly, so we were able to bring our 6 yr. old English Cream Golden Retrieve. The house is gorgeous/adorable, recently renovated, had all of the amenities, a very cozy home feel, very clean, large backyard, great neighborhood, close to a lot of places and very well maintained!! We are going to inquire about renting this house again, summer of 2024.

The house at 34 Hialeah Ave is beautifully designed and decorated. The various tables and chairs in the backyard were terrific and most of all, the yard was fenced in so our dogs could run free. The kitchen was well stocked with all types of plates, pots, storage containers and there were lots of sand chairs in the shed for our use as well. We had trouble with the TV on our 2nd day due to the various specific Logitech connections, however, the property management team was excellent and provided us with immediate service and a workable solution for us to watch tv. It was great to spend time with family that we don't get to see face to face very often. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck with a good meal and cool cocktail.

We loved it here! After years of renting we finally found an owner who knows the meaning of well- stocked! This house has everything we needed and more. It was meticulously clean, tastefully decorated and a beautiful backyard setting. We couldn’t have asked for more. We truly felt it was worth every penny!!

Great Dog Friendly Cape Escape

We had a great weekend on the cape with our sheepadoodle thanks to our wonderful rental property. The pictures are spot on and this property is updated and perfect for a small family and pet. The home even smelled freshly painted. The outside area was perfect with fire pits and fenced in. Everything was spotless.

We had a great time at this home over our Thanksgiving holiday. Even with the demands of cooking a large and extravagant meal, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Not only was it well apportioned, but it was beautifully redone and we had so much counter space. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the convenience of having a washer dryer in the home was unbeatable. I also spent some time working from the home and there was a great desk set up in one of the spare rooms that was exactly what I needed. We enjoyed having fires on the chillier evenings and watching wild turkeys parade through the neighborhood. On top of all of this, we were able to bring our dog which really made the holiday. There was so much stuff for him there that I really felt like he was welcome in the home and the fenced in back yard. The only small issue we had was that the TVs were a little confusing. The streaming services wouldn’t work through the cable box. We typically travel with our Amazon fire-stick to make life easier, but there was no where to plug it in on the main television as it wasn’t a smart tv. Overall, we had an excellent time and would definitely come back again!

Wonderful girls weekend! This house exceeded our expectations. Fully updated & fully stocked kitchen. Cozy beds, beautifully decorated, such attention to detail. They truly thought of everything. Outdoor space was amazing for morning coffee, dinner or a fire. Outdoor shower was amazing. Peaceful neighborhood to come back to after a day in the hustle and bustle of the Cape. Close to many beaches and attractions. Will definately return!

We had a great time staying in this conveniently located rental. The house had everything we could need. Outdoor shower was a must, never used the indoor shower. Property was close to many beaches, Cape baseball, good restaurants and other popular attractions.
The house was very clean, had nice outdoor seating, grill etc. Central air was perfect, as we were there during an extremely hot week.
