The main floor of this home holds the spacious primary bedroom with king bed and en suite bath with shower. The well equipped large kitchen with seating for four will delight the chef in your group. Adjacent to this you will find a dining room with seating for 6. Across the hall is a lovely sitting room followed by a family room with 50"TV and a sleeper sofa. A full bath with a tub is also on this level. Climb the stairs to find two additional bedrooms (one with a full, one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom with a tub. Conveniently located just moments to the dining and shopping of downtown Orleans and feet to the busy fishing fleet and beach at Rock Harbor, this home has all the makings for your next Cape Cod retreat! There is driveway parking for 4 cars. 3 night minimums are available with an added $225 cleaning fee. Save on the cleaning fee by booking 7 consecutive nights or more. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

House was clean, lots of room, overall a fun stay, great location. We Some nits: light over stove and over driveway didn’t work. We were told we’d have laundry detergent but there was none. We usually enjoy using the outdoor shower but it was essentially inaccessible. The bushes around the walkway need to be trimmed.

We had an excellent experience renting this property last summer. We live in Asia and needed a place that would accommodate our family as well as friends popping in for a quick visit or meal. Everything was in good working order and the house was really spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed - even for rainy days! The location was perfect, as it’s on a private road with only resident traffic. We were a 5-10 minute walk/short bike ride from Rock Harbor beach (no beach sticker required to park!) and a short drive from town. Really loved staying here and would absolutely rent again.
