Absorb the beauty of this expansive home and exquisite panoramic view of Nauset Estuary. From the private association boat ramp, (yellow arrow on overhead photo) launch one of the provided inflatable kayaks or the canoe to explore Town Cove, Nauset Harbor, Snow Shore, or the warm white sand of Nauset's Outer Beach. The private association beach (other yellow arrow on overhead photo) is about 300 feet away where you can enjoy the provided beach chairs and relaxation in the sun with your toes in the salt water. Unwind on the grand deck or in one of the two water facing family rooms to watch the sun settle in for the evening. The first floor holds the bright kitchen, dining space, and the main family room with 42"TV. There is a pristine foyer delicately decorated with unique treasures collected by the homeowner. There are two primary bedrooms on this floor each with king beds, en suite bathrooms (one with a walk in shower, the other with a walk in shower and a jetted tub), and 42" TV's. There is a half bath just off the foyer and a set of stairs to the second floor featuring a large bunk room with 5 twin beds. The lower level wrapped in water facing windows offers a second family room with 42" TV and adjacent wet bar/kitchenette, two bedrooms (one king, one queen), and a full bath with tub. Both lower level bedrooms now offer AC wall units, new for 2024! There is driveway parking for four cars. Nauset Beach is less than a mile form this home. There is an elliptical in the home for guest use as well! **House available for 3 night minimums off season with an added cleaning fee. Weekly rentals include the cleaning fee** Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request

The location of this property above the Mill Pond section of Nauset Harbor provides exceptional sunsets from the expansive deck. An easy walk to Nauset Beach and short drive to all the amenities of East Orleans. Lots of space to spread a group out and the Kitchen is well equipped to create feasts to feed everyone. While we stayed during the off season, this is a perfect escape from the hectic crowds throughout the rest of the mid-Cape in July/Aug!

There's a lovely swimming salt-water pond down the road for a morning swim, and magnificent Nauset Beach a quarter mile west. Lunch and cocktails on the deck overlooking all this beauty. Hard to ask for more.

A beautiful, special home in a perfect location! The view from the deck is spectacular from sunrise to sunset over Mill Pond. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. The very quiet neighborhood is very suitable for walking and biking. Hoping to make a visit to this home an annual tradition!

This house is set in a quiet area overlooking Nauset Inlet with extraordinary views from the huge wrap around deck. We had coffee and watched the sunrise and cocktails that night and watched the sunset all from the same chair! Canoeing in the protected inlet was fantastic and the house provided great access to both the outer cape as well as mid-cape which was nice for restaurant choices. The house is spectacular with high ceilings, kitchen open to the great room which was nice for preparing dinner but still being part of the group. We found the house clean, well appointed for kitchen and bedroom needs, washer dryer and outside shower for after Nauset beach which is walkable from the property. Highly recommend this property!

This house has the perfect layout for a big family and the view is truly spectacular. The sprawling deck is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen was a nice space for cooking, bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. We did have some issues. The property description did not disclose that there is no A/C on the entire bottom floor. It was OK at night, but on a hot August week during the day it was almost uninhabitable. The carpets were dirty and the grill was so gunky it was unusable. In general the cleaning crew didn't do a great job. Having said all that, we made our issues known with Cape Cod Oceanview Realty, who took the matters to the property owner. Both were very receptive and we got most everything resolved. I'd definitely use CCO Realty again should we take another family vacation on the Cape.

This was our 12th year renting on the Cape. I always look for updated houses and have been very happy. This rental was the most I’ve spent and also the most run down. The yellow bathroom in my bedroom looks like it’s original to the house built in 1965! It also wasn’t as clean as I’m accustomed to.

What a delight!!! 2nd year in a row “Seaview” has been the destination for our family reunion and by far the best home & location we’ve enjoyed on the cape. The house and it’s amenities accommodate our multiple generational needs. The decor has a warm and sophisticated appeal. We again found it spotless! Morning coffee and evening cocktails in the deck were the perfect start and end of each day. This is indeed a special home with sone very cool history. There’s so much to do by foot, car or bike. Highly recommend.
