Comfortable and private one level Wellfleet home. Open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and plenty of glass give the feeling of spaciousness and light to the living room, dining and kitchen areas. A new flat screen TV in the living room is a nice update. The large wrap around deck off the living room is a quiet and private space to enjoy the outdoors. It's located in a nice private area within walking distance to beaches on Lieutenant Island. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We loved the house that we stayed in and found it clean and well stocked. The only thing about this location is there is a lack of privacy because of the houses on all sides, and lack of screening. This plus the plastic porch furnishings made sitting outside less appealing. Overall, the area is a lovely place to take walks and the house was spacious.

Great place with more usable space than it would appear. We had some tough days and AC would have helped but that's probably not necessary most of the year.

Very nice house. Well located. One problem was that main dining table was very sticky. Another was absence of garbage bags. Third was absence of pads for porch furniture. Otherwise all was well.

Every year our family spends a week at the Cape and it never disappoints. We've been using Ocean View Realty for a number of years and we've always had a good experience with the properties we've chosen.
