Overall we had a very enjoyable week. This is the second year in a row that we have rented this property. However, upon our arrival, we have to say that the overall cleanliness of the home was not as good as it was the year before. In addition the front door screen was completely broken and just hanging there, there was a urine-type smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the downstairs AC unit was not working properly. Upon calling the office for assistance, the screen door was repaired and we were provided an air freshener for the bedroom. By mid-week, the smell was gone. The AC unit did not work properly for the entire week.
