This nicely furnished, pet-friendly home is located on a quiet wooded lot close to the Rail Trail, center of town and Skaket Beach. The first level of the home features an updated kitchen with dining table, living area, full bathroom with tub/shower, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. The second level has an additional full bath, as well as two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen and two twin sized beds. Great amenities include wireless internet, two window a/c units, an enclosed outdoor shower and your choice of a charcoal or gas grill. 2 night minimums available off season with an added $115 cleaning fee. Weekly rentals include cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. There is no phone landline at this property.

I have rented this property for many years. It’s charming, well stocked and quiet. It has always felt like a home away from home for my family & friends. The house is showing its age. The cleaning service was at the property when we arrived at 5:30pm. Check in was 3:30. We reported a plumbing issue twice that was not resolved. I was not as satisfied as I had been in the past.

Property was nicely secluded and private, close drive to beaches and shopping. Although its on a residential street, we heard alot of banging noises during the day from properties nearby that looked like boat repair or storage facilities.

When you and your family can have a fabulous vacation during a pandemic you know you got it right. This was a great rental for our family of 5 plus dog Lyla and my in laws. Plenty of space for our needs. Big porch. BBQ not the best but got the job done. Quiet dead end road. Close to everything we needed ( especially Sparrows) weather was great. the house Was pretty on the one rainy day we had. Looking forward to next year.

2 weeks of comfort and relaxation. Easy access to all of the amenities but on a low traffic side road. Exactly what we needed in 2020.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times before, so when we decided to go up for an off season stay we knew this was the perfect spot. The location, about a mile from Orleans center, makes it super convenient to get to many shops, restaurants, beaches, and other towns. The house is clean, warm, and inviting. We had a blast and will be back again sometime.
