Enjoy the solitude of the rhythmic waves gently lapping the sand in front of your cute white cottage trimmed in green shutters encompassing nostalgic Cape Cod charm! This cottage sleeps 6 people with two bedrooms each with full beds and a full futon in the familyroom. There is a 36" smart TV with cable and WiFi. There is a full bathroom, full kitchen with gas stove/oven, a water facing living/dining space, and has parking for 2 cars (with overflow parking across the street). BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request.

Shower curtain needs to be changed. VERY DIRTY
Futon. Thin mattress. Cardboard and duct taped held up mattress. Awful
Would be nice to have curtains on bedroom. Windows
Silver ware drawer a real mess. Sharp knives mixed in with forks etc
5 drinking glasses for 6 people
Toilet seat very low
View and location was wonderful as always ( 52 years).
I would recommend to a friend but not cottage four unless there were improvements.

Although it was a different cottage than previous years. I was very grateful that my vacation dates were accommodated. Wonderful time. Was able to continue the family tradition of days cottages in June for 25th year
