This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is part of the Wellfleeter Condominium complex located at the end of Mayo Beach on Wellfleet Bay. The cottage has a kitchen-dining area, a living room, two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a bath with a shower only. There is a path leading to 400 feet of private sandy beach. It is a short walk to tennis courts, the community playground, restaurants, and Wellfleet Harbor. It is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Unit is available for an off season 3 night minimum with an added cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

The house was well decorated and the space was used well. It was also well maintained. We were able to find almost everything we needed.

We’ve stayed at Wellfleet her cottage number seven several years in a row and always have an enjoyable time.
We very much appreciated the new air conditioner this year, that really helped keep the humidity and the uncomfortableness at bay.
The only thing we would say is the carpet under the coffee table is in dire need of a cleaning and the windows also really need to be washed.
I clean them myself to get rid of all the little kids fingerprints from previous tenants.
We also noticed that the blender was broken so we bought a hand one and left it in the cottage for all the future tenants to benefit from.
