Adorably refurbished 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is part of the Wellfleeter Condominium complex located at the end of Mayo Beach with 400 feet of sandy beach on Wellfleet Bay. **Newly installed A/C unit in 2022!*** The cottage has a kitchen-dining area, a living room, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds, a remodeled bathroom with shower only and a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. Also included in this rental is a 24" flat screen TV with DVD player and Wireless Internet Service. There is a path that leads to private sandy beach at the front of the complex. Convenient to public tennis courts, the community playground, popular restaurants, live theater all in the lively Wellfleet Harbor area. Just over a mile to the center of town and a quick drive to the fresh water ponds and ocean beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen Package is available upon request for maximum capacity at an additional cost.

The home was small (as expected), but extremely bright and with plenty of windows that let in tons of light. It was just a few steps to a beach was always deserted, so we had it almost entirely to ourselves. It's a short walk to a playground and to Mac's, which we visited about 8 times during the week! So close to downtown Wellfleet too. You can't beat the price of this place in Wellfleet. The only downside was that we need to have either my wife or I sleep on a blowup mattress each night. The double bed in the master was too small.

Had a great experience. The cottage was clean, comfortable and decorated very nicely. Great location however, there are long steps to get down to the beach but, not a deal breaker. Awesome that there was a washer and dryer inside the cottage. Management was awesome! When we arrived to TV/cable was out due to a storm a day or so ago so, I called the management company and spoke to Kris who said someone would come the following day to fix the problem but, Kris stopped by to see if she could be of assistance and sure enough we got the TV working . A must for a 4 year old !

We really enjoyed the house and the location. House was clean, charming and well-stocked with basic supplies. We loved being right on the beach. It was an easy walk to the marina, several bars/restaurants and pickleball courts. Very close to Wellfleet Center. Great area for runs and long walks. We would rent again. The only negative was a 9 AM checkout and expecting us to wash/dry all the towels before we checked out.

I stayed two weeks in this cottage around Labor Day. Very pleasant layout, with windows all around, breezy, simple, clean, and functional. An empty beach is a few steps away and Wellfleet downtown is not far. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to recover items I had forgotten on my last day. Overall, would recommend warmly.

Cottage #6 is my favorite place. It is truly my happy place! The cottage is always immaculate and homey. It is well stocked and convenient to so many of my favorite places. Reading at the bay is very peaceful. The neighbors at the Wellfleeter are warm and friendly. The entire property of the Wellfleeter Community is maintained beautifully. The Gellert family and Regis do a fabulous job updating the cottage to maximize every stay. Thank you so much!
