Interior recently updated with new furniture, new Bosch kitchen appliances, and all new linens, etc. New central air conditioning will keep you cool. This is the ultimate beach house! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Refundable $2,000 Security Deposit. There is no phone landline at this property.

The home on 24 Whale Road was wonderful! The house was clean, spacious and had all the towels, linens, supplies you could imagine. The beach was quiet, sandy and beautiful and really great gentle waves for the kids. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

We have rented this home 4 times and hope to keep coming back. The spectacular beach location is matched by the beautiful home. It is equipped with everything that my extended family of 8 needed for both indoors and outdoors. There are comfortable spaces for all of us to gather together and enough spaces for quiet enjoyment. The rental staff was extremely responsive and helpful.
