Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Refundable $2,000 Security Deposit. The home on 24 Whale Road was wonderful! The house was clean, spacious and had all the towels, linens, supplies you could imagine. The beach was quiet, sandy and beautiful and really great gentle waves for the kids. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.
