This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath ranch sits on a wooded lot in the heart of East Orleans. It is located a short drive to Nauset beach as well as the restaurants and shops of East Orleans and Orleans Center. The 2 bedrooms feature a Queen and a brand new King with en suite bath and the main bathroom was updated recently. The living room has an alternative sleeping area with a full sleeper sofa and 65" flat screen TV. Amenities like 2 A/C units, WiFi and Extended Cable TV make this a great little rental for any summer vacation. The deck features a gas grill for great summer barbeques. It is also pet friendly dog pen in back yard, so bring Fido or Fluffy! 3 night minimums available with and added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include cleaning. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Have rented this location several times. The property is well maintained and they are updating features on a regular basis. The yard is private with a Kennel for your dog. Located near beaches and shopping.

Great experience. The rental process was easy and straightforward. The house was actually better than the pictures and was super clean. Size was great for our family of four and pup! The house has everything you need to cook, grill, and clean. Easy drive to Skaket or Nauset Beach.

The team at Ocean View are informed, helpful and friendly. they offer some of the best vacation rental properties on the cape and helped make our early summer vacation at hit.
Enjoyed our stay in Orleans in October 2022. The house was well supplied with everything we needed and is located in a somewhat remote location which gave us privacy but is also close to Nauset Beach and Orleans Center. There was an issue with the tv’s not working due to a storm just before we got there but Berkshire Hathaway staff handled the problem well under the circumstances. The only recommendation we would suggest is that the real estate office check to make sure everything is working before it’s occupied. The electric outlet in the main bathroom didn’t work nor did the outside garage light and it was very dark walking in and out at night. Overall we were very pleased with the service from BH.
