This antique home is situated in a convenient location within walking distance to both the Town Marina and Wellfleet Center. The first level of the property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, comfortably furnished den, full bath, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The second level has another full bath, as well as two additional bedrooms, one with two twin sized beds and the second with a queen sized bed and sliding door to a private deck. The sunroom off the kitchen overlooks the large backyard and the home also offers great amenities such as an enclosed outdoor shower, wireless internet and a charcoal grill.
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Property description failed to mention there are 2 frlights of VERY narrow, VERY steep stairs so only the lower bedroom is appropriate for elderly, handicapped or even small children. Twin beds have rock-hard mattresses.
House is very generously filled with supplies and comfortable seating.
Was not thrilled to have to stay in a whole sunny morning while a new dishwasher was installed, nor with arriving to find we had not been given keys just their fobs ! Did not feel property agency was listening to my emails...luckily the very nice owner was.

My family of 5 enjoyed our second stay in this house. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, beautiful grounds and roomy screened-in porch. The location is best. Six houses to Main Street and walking distance to pier. Good parking. The owners could declutter the kitchen cupboards and drawers would be my only suggestion.

The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to town to pick up food or go shopping. Within walking distance to the pier and Mayo Beach and restaurants. Plenty of easy parking. The back yard is big and flat and gorgeous. Spent most of my at home time on the delightful, large sunroom. The air conditioning on the first floor was okay in the living room, but didn't affect the other three rooms (kitchen, bedroom, den) adequately. Unfortunately we had four days of 90 degree weather with high humidity. Counters, sinks, and bath tubs were clean, but the carpeting was not. We had a crawling 11 month old baby. Found a small piece of glass and other bitty things dangerous for curious fingers on the carpeting. The house is an antique, so the stairs to the second floor were a bit dangerous. Too many scatter rugs on top of the carpeting. Too many small odds and ends tables. Too much clutter in the kitchen. This realty required a vacating time of 9 AM, very difficult for families with children. My daughter, son-in-law and two little children left the afternoon before for that reason. I would recommend this house with reservations.

Lovely house. Hope to go back in the future. A few challenges for elderly guests in the steep narrow stairs. However the first floor bedroom made that easy to deal with. The room with twin beds was definitely for kids ... no closet, but I just let those sleeping there use the dressing room of the master suite for their clothes etc.
Oceanview Realty was not up to date on the requirements for beach stickers. Wasted three days trying to get one and it only happen because of the mercy shown by the ladies in the beach sticker office when Oceanview refused to provide the proper paperwork

My family and I have stayed in this charming house several times and we really like it. I have an old house myself, so I’m used to dealing with “antique eccentricities.” As Wellfleet rentals go, it isn’t expensive. If you like exploring an old NewEngland resort village, with its galleries and shops, this house is ideally located.
