Enjoy this 4 bedroom, 2 bath ranch style home situated on a quiet, wooded lot abutting Nickerson State Park. With a primitive path located just behind the home, nature walks are at your doorstep. The interior of the home boasts hardwood floors and an open layout. The primary Suite features a queen sized bed and a private bath with a nice large tub. The second bedroom features a full sized bed, the third offers a full sized futon and the fourth has two twin sized beds. An additional, common bath is just down the hall for added convenience. Great amenities include wifi, cable TV, gas grill, and window a/c units. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

The house is charming and located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Orleans and backing onto beautiful Nickerson State Park. It is generally well appointed but needs some cleaning. The BBQ was very dirty and the burners were rusted through. The floor and ceiling fans were covered in greasy dust. The MBR bed needs a topper for comfort. The kitchen was a disaster. Disorganized and overflowing with duplicates of dishes; cupboard shelves sticky with dust. All dishes had to be washed before using (this may be due to the previous tenant - not sure). It was a great house - a good, deep cleaning and it will be good to go.

We had the the best time! The pictures did no justice to the prperty. There was a total of 5 of us. 2 adults 2 young adults and a teenager. We enjoyed the home and loved how close it was to everything! The beaches were beautiful. We lived the large deck and the fire pit was a bonus! The house had everything we needed and more! The check in/out process was very easy. Would def stay here again!

The house was large enough and in a good location. However, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking dinner and the grill hadn't been cleaned in a very long time so was not usable.

We had a great time. The beds were uncomfortable and all you could feel were the springs. There was a bad musty smell in the basement and at first the house smelled like it had been closed up for awhile. Other than that we had a great vacation!

The house was wonderful and exactly what we needed. I like having the outside fire pit to make smores with our grand kids. The neighbor hood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. It was nice to retreat to the woods after being at the beach all day.
