The house is comfortable and well stocked with essentials to enhance your stay. The cottage house is perfect for extended family/friends. The porches are private with excellent ocean views, great for reading, relaxing and watching the water. Convenient location for shopping and access to the beach. This a great option for larger families.

Great location. We have stayed at rentals all over the world and it was the first time the owner called to check in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would stay again perhaps with some adult friends. Owner takes great pride in the property.

If you are looking for a lovely, quiet beach house with 3 bedrooms/2 baths then your family has found the perfect place! A quaint, well appointed vacation home on the beach. Take a nice long walk to Hyannis, walk 10 feet to the beach, or find a near by golf course, it is all within a short distance. The house is very comfortable, roomy and well decorated with an upscale New England charm. The kitchen has everything needed for preparation of a gourmet meal or happy hour on the porch overlooking the bay. Great WiFi for the occasional peek at your workplace email, multiple TVs to address different entertainment needs. Washer and dryer in the basement to keep up with vacation laundry. My family has enjoyed this charming property on many occasions so we just keep coming back. Unlike most vacation rentals you don't feel like just another "renter" here but more like the "guests" of a good friend or family member. With the true Cape Cod experience getting harder to find, this place offers a nice balance of tradition and today—from the secluded coastal setting on a bluff overlooking Nantucket Sound to the quaint 1915 rebuilt summer cottage plus carriage house with all the modern conveniences. Direct access to the beach down your own private stairs, walking distance to downtown Hyannis and harbor area. Definitely worth the money!

Absolutely fell in love with this property. The location of this property couldn't be more perfect. Loved the back porch overlooking the ocean with steps leading down to the beach. House was very clean and taken care of.

We were a party of 3 couples. From the moment we arrived we were charmed by this beautiful Cape Cod Cottage! We could not have wished for anything better during our stay at this lovely cottage on a bluff overlooking the ocean. With easy access to the beach from the private wooden staircase, we were able to take many strolls along the shoreline. The house was equipped with everything we needed & more. We spent many evenings together on the covered porch sharing our meals of fresh lobster & local fish. The views from inside & outside the house were spectacular! All the amenities in the home were top notch. We look forward to future stays & making more wonderful memories at this precious gem atop a bluff in Hyannis

We have stayed here many times over the years and absolutely love it! The house is comfortable in every way...beds, linens, full kitchen supplies and most importantly, a fabulous view. The location is central on the Cape so access to the entire Cape is easy. Access to the beach is right outside the door. We love the memories we have made here and certainly plan to return!
