This cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo sits on beautiful Skaket Beach in Orleans. It is a second floor, end unit with unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay. The property features two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed (en suite bath with shower) and one with two twin sized beds as well as a queen pull out sleeper sofa in the living area. Amenities include central A/C, portable fans, great deck with views, gas grill, wireless internet, cable TV, and an unenclosed outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Enjoy the private association beach right out front! NOTE: House does not have a landline telephone. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Heavenly! Been coming back to this rental for over 10 years. My kids have grown up at this rental. Every year this owner does an update to the unit. It’s comfortable and you feel at home. Has everything you need. However, be sure you bring a roll of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel. Twice we came on the move in day before grocery shopping and there was not a roll of
toilet paper. But overall house has everything you need. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and watching the water. Best vacation!

You can't go wrong with the location of this rental, right on the water and centrally located on the cape. The pictures on the website accurately depict the accommodations. This is a great little apartment, very clean upon arrival with a comfortable common area. The bedrooms are on the small side. We were four adults and the second room and bath were a little tight, pack light, not a lot of storage area.For a family with a few young children, it would be perfect. Our family took advantage of many of the hiking trails along the shoreline from Brewster to Wellfleet. Enjoyed great seafood at Mac's Shack in Wellfleet, and coffee daily at either the Chocolate Sparrow in Orleans or the Snowy Owl in Brewster. We didn't make it to Mahoney's Atlantic Bar & Grill this time, we'll have to do that next year.

The condo and its location was perfect. The view was expectional with the beach at our doorstep. Renting at the beginning of the "off" season was superb. We chose to bring our own linens and were most pleased with the delivery of blankets, which included bath mats. Nice touch.
The sunsets were spectactular!
Young's Lobster Shack at Rock Harbor was closing the day we arrived, so we happily enjoy our Lobster Rolls there. The fish market and the Rock Harbor Grill in Orleans are run by the same concern. Buying fresh fish for cooking at "home" on the beach could not have been better. The Grill's food was tops.
We noted one maintenance item, which did not impact our stay. The Customer Service was going to have it repaired immediately. This brought a smile, but we told them to note it and check it out after we left. How nice to have attentive management!

The location is amazing and almost made up for all the inconveniences. Amazing sunsets and views. Beautiful spot. We spoke and talked to the property manager (Paula) in person prior to leaving with our concerns. Property cleanliness was dismal on our arrival. In age of COVID,we would have expected better. We cleaned it ourselves upon arrival. Property had an ant problem in the kitchen cabinets. The grill had not been cleaned so we did not use it. The worse was experiencing bug bites in bed, Fleas? BedBugs? They seem to have appeared after using one of the blankets in the unit. We try to treat it . Umbrella in the deck was broken so use of the deck of the deck was limited to evening. House gets very hot even when windows open, could use more fans. There is an extreme disgusting sewer smell every night around 3AM which kept on waking us up.
We have stayed on skaket every summer since i was 10. We lost our usual rental in 2021 after 20 years! We stumbled upon this condo in hopes to come back, now not with my parents, but as a parent myself. I am so beyond happy to have been back, and shared this experience and place with my children. But i am even happier that this condo was so much more than i could have hoped for. Perfect for a family, perfect amount of space, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was so nice to be in my happy place again, and I cannot wait to stay again!!
