This 5 bed/3 bath beauty boasts a large heated pool, central air, a magnificent family room with soaring vaulted ceilings and super spacious common areas. Windows and skylights everywhere ensure the sun is always shining throughout the interior. There is a patio and multiple decks with a gas grill and an outdoor table and seating. The nicely equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen features modern appliances with a spacious adjacent dining/living area. A Peloton Bicycle and treadmill are available if you feel like getting in a workout! The home is in close proximity to South Cape Beach among other DO NOT MISS destinations, and MINUTES to Mashpee Commons. Seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday rental during peak season. Four night minimum during the shoulder season. Available in the off season for two night minimums. No pets please. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Linens and towels are provided for the tenant. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

Our family of nine really enjoyed the large, clean shared spaces and the beautiful, private pool, as well as the quiet neighborhood. House was well- stocked, although we had to bring our own sheets and towels.The large kitchen made meal prep easier and we also enjoyed the game tables in the basement.

We had a blast staying at 161 Stanhope. It was the perfect place for a family vacation. There was more than enough space, the house was in perfect condition, the pool was so much fun and the quiet dead end street was an added bonus.

Overall we had a wonderful time at the property. Everyone in the family, adults and kids enjoyed the pool and the fact that there were enough bedrooms for everyone was great. The house was clean and equipped ok. The pool area was very nicely equipped and multiple outdoor spaces was great for everyone. It was well maintained. My comments for improvements: pots and pans in the house need to be updated, for us there were almost not usable. It be great if they equip the house with beach chairs as well. Finally the fact that the House didn’t come with linens and wr had to rent all towels and linens added a bit of extra hassle, not to mention the cost. For such a big house it would be great if owners include that in the cleaning service. Gathering all linens and towels before leaving is not fun. Overall the house was nice.

This property was amazing. House was warm and welcoming to our large family of 10. Lots of room for us all, nice privet community but close to everything we needed. Pool was a huge hit with kids and adults. The owners had so many amenities anytime we thought we would need to run to the store to grab something we forgot like a bandaid or Tylenol we just looked in the cabinet and there they were. Great house would definitely go again!
Our combined two families had a great weeks vacation here. Beautiful home and grounds the pool was wonderful and heated for Night swimming. Hope it’s available next summer.
