Grab the provided SUP boards from the yard and the private association beach pass for nearby Sheep's Pond for some water fun! This home is nestled in quiet wooded privacy yet is only moments from fine dining, clam shacks, shopping, mini golf and more! The main floor of this home holds the well equipped kitchen, dining space, family room with 52" TV, and half bath with a washer and dryer. The large deck with outdoor dining is easily accessible from this living space. Upstairs find the primary bedroom with queen bed, a room with a full bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom with a custom walk in shower. There is driveway parking for 4 cars. Small dogs considered on a per case basis for an added $150 per dog, per week fee. BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE ON WEEKLY BOOKINGS!! We loved our time at this home. The setting is very private yet a quick walk to the pond. The home is meticulously maintained both inside and out. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and the large deck was perfect for our family dinners after a long day at the beach. Our twins loved the crystal clear pond and took full advantage of all the floaties provided by the owner. We look forward to a return trip to this home away from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this immaculate home. It had large deck and an ultra outdoor shower. The home was a quick walk to a beautiful fresh water pond( sheep’s pond) This property was perfect for a relaxing cape cod vacation. We turned the key and relaxed immediately.
I enjoyed relaxing on the spacious and comfortable deck after coming back from a swim at the pond that is within an easy walk. Minutes to great dining and beautiful beaches. Near the bike path. Also, this location puts us in prime position to venture to the outer Cape and visit Wellfleet and Provincetown.
