Situated on corner lot you’ll have ample parking and patio with gas grill. Enjoy the outdoor shower when returning from the beach or just sit back and relax in the shady backyard. Take a short drive to Hyannis, Cape Cod Bay or oceanside beaches. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, banks, video, fishing, bowling, batting cages, miniature golf, driving range, golf, boating, kayaking, church and home of the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox baseball team! This adorable home's location and amenities will definitely meet all of your vacation needs. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. The house was very cute. Not as clean as we wanted and the patio area could have used some cute additions like lights and a cleaning as well. We were very happy to have the washer and dryer and used the outdoor shower a lot. The beds weren’t the best but it was nice to have the air conditioners! All in all a great stay! Thank you again, if you ever need someone to do a deep clean for the house hire my moms and I ! We could spruce it up and give it some real cute additions!

Cute cottage with two bedrooms. I had a nice stay with my 7 year old. It is just a short drive ( maybe a walk) to the beach. You can pay for parking and use the pass for other beaches too. The cottage had WiFi and Comcast on demand which was great! The small deck was a little hide away and nice to eat outside. My only downside was the In house shower... a very small shower that works for an adult but not for kids. The shower head is not adjustable so the shower litterally hit my daughter in the face and the shower was too small for her to move around. She shower in the outside shower everyday which filled in. One other downside was the window in the kitchen was broken and it was a little scary as it imposed a security hazard. I called and reported it and after a full week stay no one showed up. So I slept every night with a little fear that my house will get broken into.
Great little place, centrally located to town and beaches.
