143 Baker Pond Road, Orleans

143 Baker Pond Road was just as advertised! The house is well maintained, spacious and the floor plan is perfect for a large family. The location is awesome, close to the beach, shops, grocery stores and easy access to close by towns. There is a pond within walking distance to the house.
The manager was available to answer questions. We are in the process of reserving this property for next summer.

This home is even better than the pictures. Plenty of room for everyone. The large main bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my elderly mother. The other 3 bedrooms and large bedroom above the garage are all spacious and comfortable. Bakers Pond is very close by where we brought our kayaks and some went fishing. Ocean side and Bay side beaches are a short drive away. The rental company and home owner are excellent. They were quick to respond to a question I had ( not about the house ), and very accommodating. Would love to rent this home again.

My husband and I along with children and grandchildren enjoyed our week at 143 Baker Pond Rd. The house was spacious in accommodating the needs of three generations. Finished lower level a great space for children of all ages. The location, near Orleans and Skaket and Nauset Beaches was wonderful. In addition, being able to walk down to Baker Pond to kayak or swim was ideal.
We did have one significant complaint and that was related to the heat/cool system. The house was very cold when we arrived and the thermostats were unresponsive to any adjustments. CCOR was contacted Monday after our arrival and in subsequent days with no feedback or response to our concerns. In order to have a comfortable stay, we opened windows and sliding doors. This seemed and incredible waste of energy but without guidance in how to adjust the system, we had few options.

Stayed here with extended family including 5 kids, a newborn and 2 dogs. The property is spacious and clean, and accommodated our family perfectly. Property management was pleasant and responsive. We’d highly recommend!

House was clean, in good condition and had more than everything you needed. Kitchen is very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. Beds are comfortable. Game room was fun for all. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch - so comfortable. Best part, we could include our 4-legged family member. Cape Cod Oceanview is a pleasure to work with ad very responsive to any questions or issues.

spent a week here with grand parents and two families of 4 with kids under 10 and a dog. Wonderful layout for multiple families with kids upstairs in a wonderful 'camp style' bunk room. Well set up for an older person's safety downstairs especially if grandparents can't get out for lots of beach time but would like to feel close to nature on the back porch. Amazing proximity to kettle ponds and lovely equidistance between SKaket and Nauset beaches. Home was pet friendly but not obviously impacted by pets ;)

I rented this house for a week with my in-laws, immediate family, friends and two small dogs. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped and full of nice surprises. There is an amazing master bedroom suite on the main floor which is perfect for seniors who do not love stairs or step-in showers. The bunk house was great for my teenage daughters and friends, and we all enjoyed the fully equipped game room downstairs. The house has central air and fans in almost every room. There was a great screened-in porch as well as an outside deck that connects. 5 min drive to beaches on bay-side or ocean-side and plenty of paths to walk/hike with pets. Our only issue was that the grill needed to be cleaned, but once we did that it worked well and we BBQ’d every night.
