We had a wonderful stay at this amazing Cape Cod home! The set up is perfect for multi generations. We stayed for a week with our extended family, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the game area was a fun space for kids and adults alike. The backyard is beautiful with a screened in porch, deck, and landscaped yard. The location is ideal to numerous beaches, a small lake, Nickerson, State Park, and grocery stores. The beach chairs and toys were a fun surprise and greatly appreciated. Check in and check out instructions were clear with spacious driveway parking. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and flexible when our stay was impacted by hurricane Lee. We highly recommend 143 Bakers Pond Road for your next Cape Cod vacation!

Call our extended family of 18 had a wonderful stay at 143 Bakers Pond Road! The set up is perfect for multi generations with ample space for everyone. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking large meals and the indoor and outdoor seating available at the breakfast bar, dining room, And on the outdoor deck and screened in porch, allowed for a sit down meals. The home is located on a quiet Street and ideally situated near numerous beaches, a small lake, (a short walk away), Nickerson State Park, and grocery stores. Since we traveled via flights, the beach toys, cooler, and beach chairs were much appreciated. The downstairs game room is an awesome space for kids and adults alike. The property managers are responsive and easy to communicate with as well. We appreciated their flexibility when our stay was impacted by hurricane Lee. We highly recommend 143 Bakers Pond Road!

We had a wonderful week in the home, which is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen lacks for nothing and there are beach chairs and skim boards and boogie boards for use, so you don't have to bring them with you to the Cape. We will return!

143 Baker Pond Road was just as advertised! The house is well maintained, spacious and the floor plan is perfect for a large family. The location is awesome, close to the beach, shops, grocery stores and easy access to close by towns. There is a pond within walking distance to the house.
The manager was available to answer questions. We are in the process of reserving this property for next summer.

This home is even better than the pictures. Plenty of room for everyone. The large main bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my elderly mother. The other 3 bedrooms and large bedroom above the garage are all spacious and comfortable. Bakers Pond is very close by where we brought our kayaks and some went fishing. Ocean side and Bay side beaches are a short drive away. The rental company and home owner are excellent. They were quick to respond to a question I had ( not about the house ), and very accommodating. Would love to rent this home again.

My husband and I along with children and grandchildren enjoyed our week at 143 Baker Pond Rd. The house was spacious in accommodating the needs of three generations. Finished lower level a great space for children of all ages. The location, near Orleans and Skaket and Nauset Beaches was wonderful. In addition, being able to walk down to Baker Pond to kayak or swim was ideal.
We did have one significant complaint and that was related to the heat/cool system. The house was very cold when we arrived and the thermostats were unresponsive to any adjustments. CCOR was contacted Monday after our arrival and in subsequent days with no feedback or response to our concerns. In order to have a comfortable stay, we opened windows and sliding doors. This seemed and incredible waste of energy but without guidance in how to adjust the system, we had few options.

House was clean, in good condition and had more than everything you needed. Kitchen is very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. Beds are comfortable. Game room was fun for all. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch - so comfortable. Best part, we could include our 4-legged family member. Cape Cod Oceanview is a pleasure to work with ad very responsive to any questions or issues.

spent a week here with grand parents and two families of 4 with kids under 10 and a dog. Wonderful layout for multiple families with kids upstairs in a wonderful 'camp style' bunk room. Well set up for an older person's safety downstairs especially if grandparents can't get out for lots of beach time but would like to feel close to nature on the back porch. Amazing proximity to kettle ponds and lovely equidistance between SKaket and Nauset beaches. Home was pet friendly but not obviously impacted by pets ;)

I rented this house for a week with my in-laws, immediate family, friends and two small dogs. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped and full of nice surprises. There is an amazing master bedroom suite on the main floor which is perfect for seniors who do not love stairs or step-in showers. The bunk house was great for my teenage daughters and friends, and we all enjoyed the fully equipped game room downstairs. The house has central air and fans in almost every room. There was a great screened-in porch as well as an outside deck that connects. 5 min drive to beaches on bay-side or ocean-side and plenty of paths to walk/hike with pets. Our only issue was that the grill needed to be cleaned, but once we did that it worked well and we BBQ’d every night.
