At high tides there are beautiful views of a tidal salt marsh from the deck of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cape-style house built in 1986. It is located near the end of a cul-de-sac in a small residential neighborhood off Lieutenant Island Road. The first floor has a kitchen totally renovated in 2004, an open dining-living room with sliders to the deck, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. There are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a queen and 1 with 2 twin beds, on the second floor as well as a bath off the hallway. Window A/C units located in living-room and all of the bedrooms. Only a 5 - 10 minute drive to Wellfleet Center, the ocean, the ponds and bay-side beaches. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We loved this summer rental with three sofas,excellent beds, a large living room and a family room with 2 large TVs with cable and internet.The outdoor patio was huge with table and beach umbrella and over looked the Wellfleet salt marsh. This is a hidden gem of a house in a beautiful wooded setting. All the AC worked well and were cold enough. Only two streets away from rt.6 and a Cumberland farms store and gas station. We enjoyed carry out at Moby **** for fresh fish. We went mini golf at Adventure golf in Orleans and whale watching in Provincetown plus lunch at Pepis .We enjoyed shopping at Cabots homemade salt water taffy, fudge and nut brittle in downtown Provincetown and reasonable prices on cape cod tea shirts and sweatshirts are found too. We enjoyed in Eastham the red barn for pizza and the gift barn for gifts to bring home to give others like cape cod jelly. we swam at close encounter bay beach in Eastham. I highly recommend this property that is within close driving distance to so many fun places and to the stop and shop supermarket in Orleans as well.

We love the house and location. It's perfect for our family. We did find the bathrooms could have been cleaner. But found the rest of the house clean.

Overall our stay was pleasant, this year the cleanliness wasn't as good as years past. Some of the furniture needs to be upgrade
