This home features a very private location as it's tucked away at the end of a quiet road. Yet it is still close to the Center, recreation, restaurants and galleries. On the first level is a living room with vaulted ceilings, dining room, and kitchen. There is also the first bedroom which features a queen sized bed with sliders to the deck and a second bedroom that features two twin sized beds. The second level offers a bright bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a queen sized bed. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning. Also on the second level is a cozy sitting area for you to relax or read a book, with a balcony that overlooks the living area. Next to the sitting area is an additional staircase which spirals up to a bright small room, great for playing cards or even enjoying a nice dinner. For outdoor entertaining there is a wonderful flagstone patio surrounded by landscaping and a fence. Amenities include WiFi and flat screen TV. NEW FOR 2023 - in addition to window AC units in each bedroom, there are now mini splits in the living room and the dining room! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. Available off-season with additional utility cost to be determined on a per booking basis. This is a SUNDAY-SUNDAY rental

House has a good layout. Upstairs MBR with an additional living area. Downstairs had a large dining room and a good size living room. two bedrooms down; a queen and a twin. Kitchen was well equipped. Very nice new bathroom downstairs. MBR bath is older, but it was fine.
Improvements: House had a number of light bulbs out. Some lamps didn't work. Some outlets aren't functional. Overall, lighting could be improved. Interior is in need of repainting.
Location: South of town (but close); easy access to Mayo area and pier; Also easy access to Duck Harbor and western area. Ignore address; enter off of Atwood Ave. Unfortunately, couldn't use exterior spaces (balconies, patio) due to mosquitoes.

The property was fair at best.The pasth to the outdoor shower and at the door of shower overgrown, flowers on patio, dead, patio unkempt, should be pressure washed. Also overgrown Entrance to the patio to the house with this huge weed bush. Dead mosquitos all over the inside walls, ceilings. Airconditioning in first floor bedroom barely worked.
The previous tenants put all trash in one can with UNTIED bags so the trash co did not pick up and we had to empty and take to transfer station ourselves. Gross full of maggots. Definitely expect more when we rent through oceanview !
