It's the best of all worlds at this unique Orleans home with heated pool and close to Rock Harbor. The property is ideally suited for larger and multi-generational groups. The property comfortably sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 full baths plus an outdoor shower. The home is fully air conditioned with three spacious living areas. The location is ideal in Orleans just a short drive to Rock Harbor Grill, Chocolate Sparrow, and Skaket Beach. Or head down to famous Nauset beach, less than 5 miles away. A private and spacious backyard includes the ultimate accessory for a fabulous vacation - a heated pool - open only from June 17 until September 16, 2023. Peaceful sunsets by the pool, family outings to the beach, local shopping and restaurants- all within reach is sure to leave you feeling relaxed and fulfilled! Please note, the pool is closed for the season beginning in September. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

My extended family and I rented this home the first week in August and were blown away! The house is in a great location. You can walk to Rock Harbor to see boats, gorgeous sun sets and low tides that out out for miles. There is also a small beach there that’s great for little ones.
The pool was incredible and we used it every day. The house is stocked with everything you need for beach and pool! Not to mention, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The basement was fun on rainy days with a pool table, fooseball and ping pong. We could not get over all the extras here!
The listing portrayed all the rooms and areas accurately. In some instances, the rooms looked even bigger in person than in the photos. We had 7 adults and 5 children and were very comfortable.
We would absolute stay here again. Thank you to the family for renting out this lovely property!

We couldn’t say enough of the well maintained property. After a long hot day at the beach we jumped right in the pool. Large enough back yard to have a family baseball game (which we did and had a blast!!). We would definitely come back!!!

The house was very good for all of us. We ate outside on the back lawn and the pool was the center of attention. The property was sufficiently large to play games outside. We have requested this house for next summer.

Our stay: June 18-25, 2022 - - This house was everything and MORE during our stay on the Cape! The kitchen was well supplied, the layout of the house was perfect, and the pool was the icing on top! Everything we needed was here (just added food and personal stuff!). The house was spotless when we arrived. The location of this house was 5 mins from the stores and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the ocean. The huge yard made for plenty of running around for the kids. The rooms were well equipped (large closets, beds, extra blankets) for a large family gathering, with enough privacy for everyone. We truly enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to return again in the future.
