Inside the home, you will find the main floor living area, dining area and kitchen as well as a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed, and another full bathroom.
On the back deck, sit and relax and enjoy the smells of someone (hopefully not you!) cooking dinner on the gas grill! Spending your days sunning and swimming at Gray Gables Beach or Mashnee Dike Beach then come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower and watch the light fade over the water...
Central AC will keep you cool on those balmy summer nights. What more could you ask for in your perfect Cape Cod escape! Conveniently located just over the Bourne Bridge, you don't need to sit in endless traffic getting to your vacation!
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Sat. to Sat. during the peak season only, 4 nights stays available in the shoulder season. All linens and towels are provided. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Spent all our house time on the deck with plenty of seating. Kitchen was very appointed with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to cook whatever you’d like. Really nice location with restaurant, market and ice cream parlor very close.

Boat watcher's paradise

This property is located in a traditional Cape Cod neighborhood and it is right on Cape Cod canal. Every morning we sat on the very comfortable deck furniture, sipping our morning coffee and watched the boats pass by. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out when we needed to log onto our computers to take a meeting, etc... The bedrooms were large for a rental which was an unexpected bonus. The house has AC which was nice for the hotter days. The host was very responsive when we needed something, which was really appreciated! There is a cute neighborhood beach a short stroll from the house!

Beautiful and relaxing location on canal! Constant stream of pleasure boats, cruise ships, and lots of fishing...absolutely perfect! Will definitely return, and highly recommended!
