Close to both Harwich Port or Dennis Port Village life and steps to the sugary white sands of Nantucket Sound at Pleasant Road Beach [ less than a mile] Check out the hidden path and escape to Dennis River for paddle boarding or kayaking to pristine Bell's Neck Conservation lands. The home offers a classic New England coastal style and preferred comforts for a rental. There are five bedrooms and five full baths as well as central air. There are 2 bedrooms on the first level and 2 full baths, living room, new kitchen with dining as well as doors that lead to patio with seating, a fire pit, large yard, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Or settle into a chair and relax on the 98 linear feet of wrap around Trex deck. The second level has 3 additional bedrooms, each with their own bathroom as well as a TV with sitting area. Lower level has a game room with pool table, table tennis and air hockey. All great amenities for your Cape Cod vacation!

The description of the house was accurate and worked really well for 9 adults and three little ones. The en suite bathrooms were a real plus for families/individuals to have their own space. Loved the outdoor shower(but maybe could use a hook or two on the inside for towels) and the access to the beautiful herring river and marshes. (We rented a kayak and baby things through the concierge service - very satisfactory.)
The one issue was the full trash bins- the house welcome book stated that trash pickup was on Sat. Apparently that was in error so we managed until Tuesday. The inside of the house was immaculate but the window sills outside all along the porch and the side entry door were noticeably dirty and could use attention.
Outside furniture and games were great.And loved the huge wrap around porch. Great location, WEe Packet and Wolfies were the best!Would recommend and already considering booking for next year!

We had a wonderful time at this rental. The house was clean and well supplied. We had two families staying at the house and had plenty of room for everyone. The basement was a huge bonus area for the kids to play. The outdoor shower was key for returning from the beach and the patio/porch were awesome for relaxing. Overall, a great experience!

Quiet and Private With All the Extras!

Perfect, just what our family needed! Quiet and private but accessible to many great places within a few miles. We loved the trail to the river for kayaking. This was our first rental after my husband’s SCI. He's in an electric wheelchair, and this home had wide open spaces and large bedrooms with a wide wraparound deck too. We brought our own 6-foot folding ramp that helped him up the few stairs to enter. I appreciate how the home was so well stocked with all the extras: folding chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, outdoor games, napkins, and so very clean! Great rental for sure.
