[ 7th bedrooms a suite over the garage with full bath, TV and seating as well as a king bed] Second floor features a master with en-suite bath and four additional bedrooms. Third floor TV room completes this home with bunk room and full bath, Lower level, sitting area with TV as well as a full bath and laundry. Porches on the front and rear with plenty of seating overlooking the large yard. Fortes beach is a short walk away. Had a large pool with furniture and umbrellas for all. Absolutely lovely! House was clean and spacious. Great beds and linens. Beautiful grounds. Walked into town 1.5 miles. Walk to beach. Large stone deck that is covered to sit and watch sun set. Very attentive manager. Great stay!

We had a great family vacation! The house has old charm yet all the right updates. There is plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. A great option is the third floor where our teens slept and hung out in their own space. The pool area is amazing and so relaxing. Truly a great family vacation!

Each room was beautifully updated yet deep with history and the location perfect. This was our fourth summer renting homes for our family week together in various locations. This home really had it all with plenty to do for all ten of us from 9 years to 70 years. The heated pool turned out to be especially entertaining and the big porch was a perfect place for meals and just hanging out. What a great way to spend 4th of July!
14 Grayton Ave was truly an amazing house with old school charm and a modern flair! The turn of the century house had all of the updated conveniences, including a modernized kitchen, multiple flatscreen tv’s and different entertainment areas, Wi-Fi, surround sound, etc. The outdoor amenities were awesome, which included a wrap-around porch that overlooked the large heated saltwater pool & hot tub, and was surrounded by couches & lounge chairs.The property is within walking distance to multiple local beaches; and close driving distance to three major markets, drug stores, and the Main Street shopping district. Hyannis Marina is also within a short drive, where one couldenjoy waterfront restaurants. The Hyannis Ferry is a short distance to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket islands where fishing, sightseeing and whale watching tours were available.The house was amazing, and the owners must be so proud of their renovations! It is truly one lovely special home! I am so glad I got to experience this home firsthand; and a big thanks to the owner for sharing their lovely home!
