Located a couple of minutes off of Route 28, you will find you won’t be able to decide where to head off to next! Want to stroll around Osterville Village? It is just 2.2 miles away. Want a little bit more action? Main Street, Hyannis is just 6.1 miles away. Want to go to the beach? Dowses Beach is 3.4 miles away, and Craigville Beach is 4.3 miles away. Oh… don’t worry about paying for parking. A landlord provided Beach Pass gives you FREE parking at any of Barnstable’s 15 salt and fresh water beaches. The property features one floor living with a living room that flows into your eat-in kitchen. Off the kitchen you will find the bonus TV room with a pull out sleeper sofa. There are three bedrooms, two with 2 singles each and a master bedroom with a queen and an en-suite bath. There is also a hallway bathroom for the two other bedrooms to share. Ductless AC units in all bedrooms, living room and TV room will keep you cool on those balmy summer days. On the back deck you will find a seating area, dining table and a propane grill. In the basement, a ping pong table, foosball table and pool table will keep you busy on rainy days. No pets allowed. 7 night minimum rentals, Sat to Sat in the peak season, 3 night stays available in the shoulder and off seasons. All linens and towels are provided. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

The house has a great layout and nice deck with new bbq. Updated bathrooms are nice as were curtains in living room. On the negative side, the kitchen screen door is a struggle to open and is torn. Outdoor shower was broken 2nyrs ago and now, the door is missing completely. So, shower is useless. Basic supplies very limited. Laundry detergent empty. We bought our own. No clue or instructions as to how to operate garage door. It would be helpful to provide detail instructions on how to operate TV remotes as they seem to function differently
Addition of LR AC huge plus. The neighborhood is convenient with easy access to main roads. Beach pass is great.

Centrally located , clean , walk ACROSS units worked well and were not noisy. Basement is family fun dream for teens and older kids. Back yard was very nice our dog enjoyed little wooded area.8/8/2021 at 12:25 PM

House was clean and comfortable. The game tables in the basement (billiards, ping pong, foozeball) were a nice addition for evening activities, I loved the family/tv room and the deck. The garage was very convenient for storing beach chairs, golf clubs, etc.. The location is great. Backs up to town utilities property which was great for walking the dog. Neighborhood super quiet. 5min drive to supermarket, gas, liquor store, etc. less than 15 minute drive to great beaches. The landlord beach pass was a priceless benefit especially for use at the residents only beaches. 15 min drive into Hyannis for shopping, dinner, sight-seeing. Great vacation home in a great vacation spot.

Loved the location and layout of the house- had 3 bedrooms on one side and a family room on the opposite side. 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each were great- master had a double bed, and although the room was small a queen or king would have made a huge difference. A/C in bedrooms were all window units and a little closer to beds than I like. Looked for games and Xbox that were supposed to be there...but there were none- but we lucked out on weather so it wasn't the issue I feared it might be. The basement was totally unfinished but the pool table was still a draw for the boys- you wouldn't plan an adult get-together down there. Back deck was fine but not amazing and the yard was cramped...no room to really play catch. The property manager was extremely nice and responsive to any issue. Overall an enjoyable stay in a nice, safe neighborhood in a nice town!
We formerly lived on the Cape and we just needed a clean house for a short visit. Clean,great location and very professional staff!
