This Orleans property features stunning views of Robert's Cove from almost every room in the house. This custom built home has a casual floor plan that takes advantage of the serene waterfront setting, as well as comfortable furniture for relaxing. Enjoy the pathway around Robert's Cove or bring your kayak and paddle out to Nauset Harbor and the beach beyond. With four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it sleeps up to eight very comfortably. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, large deck, and a bedroom with one king sized bed. The three additional bedrooms are on the second floor, two with a queen sized bed, and the third with two twin sized beds. It is equipped with some of the most requested amenities such as wireless internet, central a/c, a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Overall the experience was very positive. Great location. The rental was comfortable. Could use some updates to kitchen cooking pans. TV should be added to Master bedroom. Some hooks for towels in master bath as well as outdoor shower.

We have rented this property before so we knew what to expect. The location is great. Overall living space is good. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of dishes and glasses. Pots and pans are a little old and worn.

I can't tell you quickly how wonderful our stay at 9 Sheeps Pasture Point in Orleans. There were so many decks and rooms in this house that if you wanted to be alone from the other guests you could be or if you wanted to be with everybody you could be. Even the bedrooms had plenty of room.

The dining room and the living room had a very homey feeling although much more open with great views than my house is homey.

In addition if one needed to get groceries, take out food, or Marshall's(or was it TJ Max, they were only 5 to 10 minutes away as was Route 6A heading to Brewster or Wellfleet. Chatham was a leisurely 15
minute ride down Route 28.

But when you have a house like this, why leave it.
We look forward to returning next year
