This attractive home is situated in a wooded residential neighborhood with a fenced in yard located at the end of a cul-de-sac only few steps away from the beach... just follow the pathway! The property offers three comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and a convenient sleeper sofa. The first level features an open living and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as a dining space, full bathroom. The first floor also has a primary bedroom en-suite Queen Size bed. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds one with a Queen. Also living room with a double pull-out sleep sofa and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside, the very private backyard features a spacious deck complete with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Great amenities are wireless internet, a/c, washer/dryer. Pet restrictions: no cats, non-shedding dogs only with owner's approval no more than 1 dog, with an added $100 per week pet fee. (2-week rental $100 discount)
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost

That was our 6th stay @ 88 Mattachee, we’re big fans. They have made small improvements, like luggage racks, dog fence, AC’s in each room. The kitchen is well stocked for any recipe. Very clean. South Yarmouth needs to do something about the pack of coyotes in the woods burying up to the house. Could hear them at PM and saw them a few times.

There's not much that can be done about the coyotes other than to understand that they hunt at dusk and dawn, and a chorus of howls means that the pack is appreciative of a good meal.

Our best suggestion always is to contact the authorities if you ever feel in danger.

The house was lovely. Perfect for a family as well as dog friendly. Walk to beach was a plus! Quiet dead end street. Can not say enough good things about this home.
