Less than a mile to a sheltered Pleasant Bay Beach at Jackknife Cove at the Chatham/Harwich shoreline for swimming, sunbathing, and boating. Kayak or walk the spectacular Monomoy River Conservation Land just around the corner on Bay Road. This lovely rental is fully equipped with your favorite amenities for the perfect vacation. This first level of the home features a living room, dining room, newly remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar, as well as two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The first level even includes Central A/C. Each level of the home features a recently remodeled, full bathroom. On the lower level of the home is a cozy family room with digital, cable TV and DVD player, and a full sleep sofa equipped with 4" memory foam topper for extra comfort. Also a remodeled bedroom with two twin sized beds. Both lower level rooms offer a window a/c unit. Other added amenities include WIFI and an outdoor enclosed shower. **THIS RENTAL IS NON-SMOKING ONLY. NO PETS PLEASE, NO EXCEPTIONS.** Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

The whole administrative process is user-friendly and straightforward. I was notified of everything I needed in a timely manner. As for the home, it's wonderfully decorated with the Cape Cod theme. It's cozy but comfortable and fit my family of four perfectly. It's also in a convenient location with easy access to everything. I would love to return next year and highly recommend!

We had a total of 6 people. The house was perfect for us! Red river beach was about 8 mins away, the grocery store minutes away, the house was clean, we enjoyed the deck every night, we were able to use the grill a few times. It was a great stay!

The house was clean, and sufficient for a week. We were 6 and we used the three bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we managed to prepare the meals we needed. The BBQ gas grill was also very convenient. My only complaint was that there was no space to store groceries, but this was not a big deal at all. The house is not at walking distance from the beaches but we were able to go to several beaches in our cars. Good locations, supermarket nearby, restaurants, etc. The wifi was good, and tow of us were able to work remotely without issues. The TV has good channels and we were able to watch TV comfortably. I recommend this house for a comfortable stay.

A very convenient location on the Cape. Very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property is well maintained.Easy check in service and the staff at Berkshire Hathaway was very helpful. The home has everything needed for a great stay and more. Look forward to returning next summer!
