This updated cottage sits just 100 yards away from popular Campground Beach in Eastham! It features two cozy bedrooms and one full bath, sleeping up to 4 comfortably. The interior is nicely updated, with granite countertops in the kitchen and newer appliances. The full bath is also updated and has a stall shower. The first bedroom offers a double sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin sized beds both bedrooms have A/C units. The house also offers wireless internet and cable TV, as well as an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a day on the beach. There is also a nice screened porch, complete with a table & four chairs, perfect for relaxing on a warm summer night. There is also a gas grill, great for evening barbecues with the family! Great week at this classic cottage. Walked around the corner every morning for epic low tide strolls. Followed up with amazing sunsets on the beach. Close to everything with short drive times. Loved the screened in porch. Kitchen area is tight, but definitely workable. The gas grill was super. Yard offered plenty of parking and spots to store kayaks and bikes. Outdoor shower was awesome for rinsing sand and salt.

We have enjoyed our stay at 720 Shurtleff for 7 years now and hope to continue our yearly family vacation there for many more. It is small but has been comfortable enough for our family of 4 every year. We practically live on the screened in porch and love the privacy along with the 2 minute walk to the beach. Our only suggestion would be an update on the refrigerator which has been cooling and sometimes freezing things in an unpredictable way lately. Otherwise, we have no problems or complaints.

Pros:This house has a very nice location, 5 minute walk to Campground Beach which has fabulous sunsets. Cons:This house has no oven,only a small microwave, so cooking anything is impossible. The gas grill was grossly dirty,covered with old food and grease. Cleaning crew should take the cover off and look at it. Shower curtain liner in bathroom needs replacing. Traditional full sheets will not fit on bed, need to be deep pocket sheets

Super cute house & seconds from campground beach! The only thing negative I can say is the water pressure is horrible & there is not hot water in the kitchen.... Water smells bad too but thing that’s just cape cod well water! Lastly, the shower liner should be changed between guests! Overall, great experience!
