This 3-bedroom house with many amenities has the grandeur of Wellfleet's ocean coast right off your deck. Walk up the stairs and enter the well-equipped kitchen open to the sitting area, surrounded by windows for enjoying the amazing panoramic vista! Out to the deck, and sit in one of four Adirondack chairs (cushions available!) and enjoy the view of the ocean and National Seashore amidst the potted herbs, a bird bath, and a bird feeder. Hear the ocean waves and smell the salt air.
Inside, there is a king-sized bed, a tv, and a sink in the master bed on the first floor. There is also another bedroom with two twin beds, with miles of ocean views everywhere. This is truly a singular property, with views views views!
Both bathrooms, the full and the 1/2, are on this floor. There is a ladder to the loft (not a staircase) where there are two queen mattresses on the floor. See pictures. (Children under 8 and elderly people should not go up this ladder.).
Outside and downstairs is an extra refrigerator and a washer/dryer.
Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Also please note: this is a Friday-Friday rental.
This house includes a Washer/Dryer, 3 mini-splits, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD, CD, lobster pot, dishwasher, microwave, basket coffee maker, blender, toaster oven and toaster, food processor, ironing board and iron, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, WiFi, 4 Adirondack chairs with footstools and cushions. The views from this house are just breathtaking! Everything about the house was relaxing: the breezes on the deck, the birds you see on the bird feeders, the laid-back decor, the reading/napping nooks with built-in loungy sofas, and those views! The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very comfortable and well appointed. The beach and Beachcomber are within walking distance and Wellfleet Center and ponds are easy to get to by bike or car. Melissa was great as well. Can't wait to go back!

This home sits upon the ocean's cliff with amazing views from the back and side decks. and is very private. There is no need to go anywhere if you don't want to since the house includes all necessities. The layout of the inside of the house was very spacious and the bedrooms were a good size as well as the loft. We purchased the Wellfleet town beach passes for the cars and signed up for a fire permit for one of the beaches in advance which worked out great for us. We find that the town beaches are just as nice as the Cape Cod National Seashore if not nicer. We look forward to renting this property next year.

My family and I enjoyed a week at this beautiful property. It is a homey beach house with gorgeous views of the ocean from the two decks. We spent our mornings spotting seals in the sea and our evenings looking at the stars, while in between we made the easy walk to White Crest beach for relaxing days. The home is also conveniently located a short walk from the Beachcomber for delicious meals, and is a short drive to any of the other Wellfleet beaches, restaurants, and the center of town. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 to enjoy meals, game nights, movies, and more. Also, there was great communication between Melissa before, during, and after our stay.
First of all the location is absolutely perfect. Lots of privacy, the views are as good as you could ever want. Close to the beachcomber and Wellfleet center as well. The house is very cozy, everything you could need for a wonderful stay at the beach.
