We had a great stay. I would suggest mayby cutting the grass area right in front of the woods to give a little better visibility especially when you have doggies. Other than battling the ticks we enjoyed our stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very updated and clean. It is set back in the woods and is very private. Would have appreciated it if essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and more cleaning products were included. Outdoor seating is not very comfortable so bring your own. Not enough comfortable seating inside either. Overall a great experience though, but some improvements could be made.

We come to the cape as a family of 6 plus our pups and this summer was especially memorable as my son of 8 months was with us. This was the perfect place for us to enjoy and explore. We saw turkeys on the property and sang karaoke in the backyard. We even did the tortilla slap challenge!

We come to the cape every summer and had a blast at your house! Everything is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed many beach days and our very first whale watch trip. Your home gave us and our children a great home away from home.

We loved our time here at your beautiful house and enjoyed the visits from the turkeys and the outdoor space. It was a terrific vacation!

We had the pleasure of staying on the cape for an entire month, We are so much seafood and ice cream. We swam, played mini golf, and toured the towns. The location of the house is great. The wifi doesn't reach outside so it was hard to work anywhere but from the living room. The turkeys were fun to watch and we got to see the babies grow up quite a bit in 4 weeks. We loved our time there.

We arrived to find find the recently remodeled home to be comfortable and pleasant for our 2 week vacation. All the appliances worked and the home included coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, TV, A/C, outdoor grill and sufficient parking. We had a few wild turkeys and their chicks come around a few times, nice surprise. We were within a 10 minute ride to several nice beaches. with adequate parking.

Everything was satisfactory except no dresser or hooks & one missing pillow in upstairs bedroom. Master bedroom had almost no hangers in closets and the bed constantly squeaked every time someone moved.

Our family joined us, so over all six people had a restful, relaxing 2 week vacation in comfortable, quiet surroundings.

Very clean spacious home with an open floor plan, 2.5 baths, outdoor space and a propane grill. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Keurig in the kitchen, as I had brought mine. Washer/dryer- beautiful gas stove and range, large clean stainless refrigerator.. anything you would need from home is here. The only negative is the bed in the primary first-floor bedroom. It is very uncomfortable, even after going out and purchasing a 2-inch mattress topper, which I left on the bed for future guests. Additionally, the bed creaks very loudly every time you shift positions, waking you up. For the price of the rental, I would have expected a better mattress/ sleep experience.

We all enjoyed our week's stay in such a beautiful house and we would definitely come here again! Thank you for sharing your very comfy and bright home with us. There were many activities we did that brought back childhood memories.

The house is newly renovated and very nice overall. The beds were very uncomfortable, so we bought a 2 inch memory foam topper on our second day which helped a lot. There was an ant problem, but the realty company was responsive to this and it sounds like this is common on the Cape. We enjoyed the house overall though.

Our stay was enjoyable and gave us the taste to come back again. Mother nature didn't "t give us the opportunity to fully contemplate the beautiful landscape surrounding the house, but its charming interior kept us happy all the time. You can't get bored here! We had an unforgettable vacation!
