The property has been owned by the same family since it was built in 1898 and it still has that old school, camp feeling. Sitting RIGHT on the water, this 4 bdrm antique has amazing views and decks that seem to go on forever. The house is located right at the beginning of Commercial St in the East End and allows you to walk almost anywhere you could want to go in Provincetown. There is a large wrap around deck on the house with stairs down to a small yard area. Another set of steps takes you down to another large deck and a staircase that goes right down to the ocean on Cape Cod Bay. The very rustic interior is a throw back to old Cape Cod times with raw studded walls, and original electrical system on the first floor and painted walls on the second floor. The bedrooms are all on the second level along with the full bath. The bedrooms facing the water have a queen each and the other two bedrooms have two twins each. There is a dining area off the living room and the older kitchen is off the dining area with access to the deck. The house has wifi access, a charcoal & gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. There is also a cleaning Fee of 275.00. Linen package is available upon request for maximum capacity at an additional cost.
