Relax in this beautifully decorated, immaculate well-maintained home in a highly desired bayside area of Wellfleet. This ranch style home is a short distance to downtown, (.7 miles) the pier and Mayo Beach (.4 miles). From the front yard there is a peek of Wellfleet Harbor. The country kitchen has new appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the rooms. The living room has a large bay window which lets in an abundance of natural light with a view of the beautiful backyard. The dining area is also located in this large, spacious open area with a comfortable reading nook which allows you to unwind from a day at the beach. There is a full bath and both bedrooms are just off the large living room.
A door leads outside to a small private deck where you can relax and enjoy the lovely tree-lined backyard. Gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower and outdoor seating.
Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. An unexpected joy was the curation of artwork throughout the house, not the typical kitschy beach decor, but beautiful paintings and photographs. The location is wonderful and the yard is lovely. It was nice there were a few beach chairs to use as we had traveled by plane and so hadn't brought any with us. I would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here! Great location. Walkable to the beach but set back on a quiet and peaceful road. The house was so clean and I loved all the furniture and decor. Perfect for our family of 4! We will definitely be back.

This was a home away from home! Close to Mayo beach where kids loved exploring and I was able to go running. We had easy access to the harbor and downtown area to get food, coffee or check out the shops and art. The home is well taken care of and the owners have made some great updates. Tons of closet space to hide away stuff like bags and beach gear so you feel at home. The home gets so much sun and the art on the walls make it a happy home. We enjoyed breakfast at the counter and few dinners in the dining room. Game and movie nights in the living room and and s’mores outback. The little nook was perfect for morning quiet time and my husband enjoyed coffee on the back deck. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. Whether coming home from the beach or a run, or just a way to start your day, we all loved the outdoor shower. We kept our bikes around the back of the house and didn’t worry about them being taken. Look forward to coming back next year!

This is a very bright, clean, and well-equipped rental house. Within walking distance to Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It was the perfect place for us to launch our daily bicycling trips, and a great place to relax in the evening. We highly recommend it.

This Wellfleet house is great, It is perfect for a small family. We loved walking to Mayo Beach, being close to the center of town, and having ease in getting to other beaches, ponds, sites and restaurants. The house felt well cared for and was clean and pleasant. In particular, a big shout out to Melissa who patiently answered all our questions and was quite attentive to our comfort!

Our family hasn’t been to the cape in two years, and this place absolutely welcomed us back. The owners take exceptional care of their property, which makes it feel like a home away from home. The location of the home is beautiful and it’s just a short walk into town or to the harbor. We’ll definitely be staying here again
It’s perfect for our family of 4. We’ve rented 2 different summers and both times the improvements to the house get better and better. It’s thoughtfully furnished and we always settle right in here. We love Wellfleet and we really love this little house.
