About

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath contemporary Cape-style house located in a small residential neighborhood on the ocean side of the highway. The house features hardwood floors, an expansive deck and a pleasant yard. The main floor has a open floor plan with the kitchen and dining area opening onto the deck along with the living room. There is also 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a TV room and a bathroom off the hallway on the main floor. On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, one with two twins and a bunk bed that has a double and a twin mattress, and the second with a queen sized bed. There is also a full bath with tub and shower off the hallway. There is easy access to Wellfleet Center at a set of traffic lights, Gull Pond is about a mile away and Newcomb Hollow Beach is about a mile and a half from the house. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

upstairs was updated and very nice, but main floor is in disrepair and smelly not clean, screens and window shares/blinds in disrepair. deck in disrepair. broken grill. no TP!

We absolutely love staying at this house each year. It's in a perfect location for us, and meets every one of our needs. The house is clean and well maintained, and offers all the amenities one needs while on vacation in Cape Cod. We look forward to returning each year.
