This location was perfect, walk through the resident parking area and on the beach of one of the best bayside beaches on the Cape! House was clean and management company was super friendly. my family and I would love to stay here again next year and we would recommend this property to anyone who loves the Mayflower beach area! Also great proximity to some great restaurants!

Our rental week at this property was just what we expected -- a newly built home with super easy, walk on, beach access. The house was stocked with plenty of convenience, from beach chairs to grills, we were able to fully enjoy the week and sunset views from the deck each night were fantastic!
Property management company made checking in easy and we found the property to be very well maintained.

A beautiful house near where my mother's house used to be. Great location and close to the water with wonderful views.
Pros: The location of this rental couldn't be any better- it was extremely convenient to be able to walk back and forth to the beach as needed throughout the day. The extra TV space in the basement was great for the kids, and it was nice having a bathroom on each level. It's bright and spacious, and comfortably fit our family of 6.
Cons: The 9am checkout is pretty early, and not being able to check in until 4pm was kind of a bummer- especially if the house has already been cleaned and is just sitting ready to go. It would have been nice if we could have at least parked a car in the driveway and gone to the beach while waiting for the 4pm check-in. Most of the exterior lights are burnt out, making it difficult when you return to the house late at night. While the kitchen is nice and spacious, everything seemed to be shoved in to random cabinets- it was hard finding what you needed because of this.
Overall- We had a great stay and we would certainly rent here again.
