The main floor of the home has the open kitchen/dining/living area with seating and entertaining areas, high end appliances and direct access from the attached garage. Off of the main area is the first of two bedrooms featuring a queen bed, TV and an ensuite bath with a shower. A powder room is tucked discreetly off the entrance hallway. The upper floor of the home opens up into a second oversized living area that is designed for comfortable TV watching and lounging. Off of this area you will find a laundry room and the second bedroom with a king bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass enclosed shower and free standing air jet soaking tub. Outside you will find a front porch with a quiet seating area to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Out back is the enclosed yard with a dining set, seating area and outdoor shower.
Rental rates for 2024 are $20,000 for June / $25,000 for July / $25,000 for August. Rental rates do not include applicable taxes and fees. All linens and towels are provided for tenants. The home features central AC throughout. Parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway and garage depending on size of cars. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.
