Comfortable, three bedroom antique home with adjacent carriage house located in the heart of Wellfleet Village center. This home has a bright and cheerful living room, dining room, kitchen, den and bathroom (shower only) on the main level. The second floor consists of three bedrooms (king, double, 2 twins) and one bathroom (tub with hand-held shower). The carriage house is a couple of steps from the back of the main house across the covered back deck. Here you will find a living area with a queen size bed/sofa, kitchenette, loft bedroom (queen) and full bath (shower only). HDTV/DVR and Blue Ray disc player included. The location of the house makes it a short walk to town, galleries, shops, restaurants, Wellfleet Harbor and Mayo Beach! Your well behaved dog is welcome. Available Off Season 3 Night Minimum from $400-$425/ night. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

We had a lovely time in this spacious house and carriage house. It gave us s enough room to spread out during these Covid times.
rental experience w/cape cod realty was great. the property was very clean however - alot of clutter and small things that could've been put away for renters. the kitchen interior (cabinets, drawers, pots and pans were filthy and we spent most of our cooking prep time cleaning all the things we needed to use) while we realize the cleaning company is not responsible - the homeowners left the all that stuff a mess. basic cleaning after summer rentals is needed. but after our stay things were de-cluttered and much cleaner. otherwise great area, alot of room but definitely room for improvement. realtors were great. :)
