A short walk will take you to a path and overlook area with views of Chipman's Cove and Wellfleet Harbor. On the FIRST FLOOR an open floor plan - kitchen, dining, and living areas, a 3 season porch with access to a pleasant deck (two sides open with screens) as well as one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bath. There is also a half bath with the washer/dryer on this floor. There are 3 more bedrooms on the SECOND FLOOR one with a King bed, one with a queen and a twin and one with 2 extra Long twins. There also is plenty of parking. It is less than a mile to the beaches at Indian Neck and about 5-10 minutes to Wellfleet Center, the ponds, and the ocean beaches. There has been an AC added on the main floor and one on the 2nd floor in the primary bedroom for comfort on hot days. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes.
