Begin and end your days serenaded by songs of the resident wildlife from Moll's Pond directly in the front yard of this quaint Cape Cod rental! The open floorplan of the kitchen/dining/sitting area all are laid out to view the pond from the large sliding glass doors which open to access the added space created on the deck. The deck encompasses two sides of the home and holds outdoor dining furniture and a grill. Be sure to rinse off under the stars from the privacy of the beautiful outdoor shower. Inside, relax on the cozy couch while the chef in your party whips up a scrumptious meal. There are two bedrooms (one with a full, one with a queen) and a full bathroom with a shower. This home is only a few minutes from the Cape Cod National Seashore, Nauset Light Beach, and Coastguard Beach. Utilize the playground, basketball courts, and fields of the Eastham Elementary School just up the street. The Cape Cod Rail Trail (a paved path for light recreational use such as walking, biking, or skating spanning most of the Cape) can be picked up just a short distance away as well! 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee out of summer season. 7 night reservations or longer include the cleaning. BOOK NOW!! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

Lovely home by the pond in Eastham. Spacious to sleep 5 adults. Nice loft which can sleep 2 in addition to 2 bedrooms.
Easy access to popular coast guard beach. Pond side with kayaks and boats and bikes provide by owners. All rooms with air conditioning. Located in quite cul de sac ideal for family vacation.

This was a wonderful cottage. My sister and I rented it for a week in early May when it was still nice and quiet on the Cape. It was very well equipped - everything you could want, especially in the kitchen. Great location, nothing I can think of that would need improving other than screens on the storm doors to allow for additional air flow. The outdoor shower THE BEST EVER we used it even when it was cold outside!
