This cozy South Chatham vacation cottage is located in a seaside neighborhood, close to the Chatham Beaches on Nantucket Sound and enticing local restaurants and shops. It sleeps 8 comfortably in four bedrooms and has central air conditioning. The home has a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, and dining table. New décor and furnishings make this a great space to relax. There are two bedrooms, both with a queen-sized bed second floor, and the other two bedrooms with 2 twin sized beds in each. The private back yard offers comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill for evening barbecues! The fun Main Streets of Harwichport and Chatham are just a few miles in either direction. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request at an additional cost.
