26 Highbank Circle, Dennis Port

This is our second time here and, as anticipated, this beautiful home was fully stocked beyond what is described in the literature.. multiple toys, games, puzzles, books for all ages, every kitchen item you could ask for, stacks of dishes, paper goods, plenty of children's dishes, clothes hangers, bathroom & beach towels, large lawns for whiffle ball, frisbee, bubbles, driveway for kids bikes and sidewalk chalk. Very well maintained, plenty of comfortable furniture inside and out, comfortable beds. Owners are exceptionally attentive if needed... a prefect vacation spot!! They didn't forget anything in making this a luxury spot. All you need is your clothes and food. Nothing beats this amazing rental!

My family and I have been renting in the Cape every summer for the past 17 years, and at times have struggled to find a property with the space to accommodate us where we weren’t forced to compromise on location, quality, or features that were important to us. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this stay was by far the best Cape experience we’ve had to date. The owners clearly care deeply about the little details, making sure every inch of the property was spotless, newly renovating the home with high-end fixtures and appliances, sleep number beds, and even providing toys and games specific to the ages of our children. The exterior grounds were meticulously manicured with gardens and seating areas everywhere you turn. My father, who’s mobility issues make it hard for him to join us on the beach, was thrilled with the covered seating overlooking the private beach, allowing him to spend more quality time with his grandchildren. I could go on and on, but the main take away was that this combination of location, quality, and dedicated ownership is truly a rare find, and we hope to make this home our family vacation destination for years to come.

The house including amenities was amazing. They had everything you needed for a beach vacation. The landscaping was the best we have ever seen at a VRBO. The views were simply picturesque. We met the owners and they were wonderful. Our only complaint was with the property manager who gave us the wrong check in code and contrary to the owners instructions did not let us check in 2 hours early. Yet after that, the communication with the property manager went smoothly. Despite the hiccup at check in, we highly recommend this property for a large family gathering.

Thats what my kids and grandkids kept saying all week while we were at 26 Highbank Circle and for weeks after. The house is incredible with plenty of room for a large family including a number of little ones. Having the beach right out the back door and a nice fenced semiprivate yard, proved to be a perfect and safe place for all to have a great time. The home itself leaves nothing to chance. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking, prepping and dining space. The living area was roomy for all of us to gather for game nights. On top of all that, being able to walk to
the ice cream shop was a fun adventure.

The house and location were amazing.
The view was incredible and the amenities were wonderful.

Beautiful luxury oceanfront home with all kinds of amenities. The backyard hardscape, private beach, the oceanfront gazebo and multiple sitting areas makes it a great vacation spot for a family of all ages. The owner has taken great care to provide everything a family could want and make you feel like you are in your home away from home. With multiple families and generations in one home, it never felt crowded. The location is perfect. You can walk to ice cream and restaurants. On the Fourth of July, you can see fireworks from every angle.

A perfect beach getaway for 15. The house was a perfect fit for all of us and had every amenity we could ever need.

We rented this same house last year. We had an awesome experience. The home is well built, the amenities are all you would want, and the owner is extremly nice. I would rate this a "10".

The house was exactly the right size for us and our growing family! It provided the space needed for us to be together and all still be comfortable!

The entire family including our children, their spouses and our grandsons had a great time. The property was great. The only negative to the entire experience was the lack of timely responses from cape cod ocean view realty.

We as a family absolutely loved this home. It fit all of our needs as a property but also allowed direct beach access without having to get in a car or ride a bike. There were enough bedrooms and baths for us all (8 adults and 5 children) and the home had a wonderful open floor plan for all to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property for an amazing family getaway.
