This lovely Cape style home is in a quiet area within a 10 minute walk through the woods to Dyer Pond. It is nicely decorated featuring new wood floors (2012) in the main living area. The first level has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room holding a 34" TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area with sliders to the deck. The first level also offers two bedrooms, each with two twin sized beds, and a full bath with shower. The second level has a large primary Bedroom with king sized bed and full private bath with tub/shower combination. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) Fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.

My friend and I had a peaceful relaxing comfortable stay in this house. Loved the deck and the gardens, bird "parade", and close proximity to ponds and beach. We found the beds comfy and the fans very necessary. The kitchen is well stocked, so we mostly ate in or got take out seafood nearby (Gluten Free available! amazing), and ate on the deck. Thanks for a nice week.

The house fit our family perfectly even though it was a bit on the small side. The deck was great and access to Dyer Pond easy via the path through the woods. Various fans and window ventilation keep us comfortable through the hot days. Recommendations: Given the mosquitoes we found ourselves wishing for a screened porch. (Short of that there are devices that attract and kill mosquitoes that could be provided) Given the heat both last year and this year...we also would have appreciated some air conditioning. The grill had not been cleaned at all and we had to remove layers of burnt on grease to make it useable. But overall we had a great time at a great property.

This was a wonderful place for our two-week vacation. It was very clean, nice open lay out for maximum family time, I loved the master bedroom was on it's own floor and the patio was great for summertime dinners. The bonus was walking distance to the ponds!
