About
This beachfront Eastham home sits directly on Cape Cod Bay and features world renown summer sunsets! Follow the short path to your own private sandy beach! This home is located on a cul-de-sac and has amazing views from almost every room. It has "ductless" a/c units throughout the house which cools similar to central a/c. It’s convenient to Orleans, the Bike Trail, the National Seashore Visitor Center, Rock Harbor, and more. With four bedrooms and three baths, it sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The main level offers a spacious living area, kitchen and one bedroom with a queen sized bed with shared en suite bath with a tub. The large water facing deck is great for relaxing or dining alfresco. Retreat to the screened in dining space adjacent to the indoor dining table for evening cocktails. Upstairs is an additional bedroom with a queen and a twin sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a loft with a futon and desk. Access the upper level deck from the loft to sun bathe or sip morning coffee. The lower level of the property has the two remaining bedrooms each with two twin sized beds, a full bathroom with a shower, and a spacious sitting room with a TV. The outdoor shower is just a few steps out the sliding door of the sitting room. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include the cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels or inquire about the linen rental package.

Excellent stay, wonderful location, beautiful week. Our only minor complaint is that the master bed on the main floor - next to living room - was rather uncomfortable and squeaked at the tiniest movement (we are under 50 and in good shape....). For the cost of the rental, an updated bed would be much, much appreciated. Again, we had a lovely time in this home and have been renting on Cape Cod almost 20 years, this might be the best location yet.

Our vacation at 23 Keene Way in Eastham was lovely. The view with the gorgeous sunsets was breath taking. Sitting on the deck looking out at the bay was peaceful. The home was so well stocked and just lovely with its white wicker furniture throughout the house! It was spacious enough for 6 adults and a baby to catch some private time away from others. An added benefit was the privacy of the entire area. Thank you Harris Family for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation.

The location of this home is amazing. Rental agency was clear and had great communication. The only issue with this home is the twin beds in the basement. They are fine for small children but we had 4 adult children using them and said they were extremely uncomfortable. Queen beds were very comfortable.

Cape Cod Bay is our favorite place to be. This house did not disappoint. Gorgeous views and sunset. Low tide is a wonder. Easy walk down the steps to the beach. The house has a great covered deck for keeping beach supplies and a great uncovered deck. We do wish there was less clutter in the cabinets. Some beds were not as comfortable as others. Also a good number of spiders. My daughter and I got some nasty bites the first night. Overall, we had a fantastic stay enjoying the unmatched peace and quiet of the beach.

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this location. It is absolute perfection. Just steps away from a pristine and private beach area. The tides make it perfect for the kids to swim and explore. The house has plenty of room for everyone with the most beautiful views.

The house is great; wonderful views of the bay and nicely furnished. The problem is with the broker, Berkshire Hathaway. Renter beware.
The batteries in the fire/smoke detectors had run down causing the detectors to falsely warn us of smoke on the ground floor and telling us to vacate immediately. The fire department came quickly and assured us all was OK. The department came back the same evening when the detectors again started buzzing. The department kindly changed all the batteries. The next day after we reported what had happened to Berkshire Hathaway one of the brokers in the Orleans office volunteered to credit $75 to our account. That was a month ago. Since then the broker had never kept its promise despite requests from us. The funds will not change our lives (nor I trust the brokers’). But keeping your word is an important element of trust and now we have none. Berkshire Hathaway's excuse has been that its accounting department located somewhere in the US has to make the credit. The broker has never explained the delay.

This is a spectacular home! We have been staying here for vacation for 10 years. The sunsets are wonderful. The house is extremely well equipped. There is plenty of room so when you want to get "away" from each other you and for solitude. The ever changing bay water is lovely at any time of the day or night. You can tell the family cares about the house as it so well maintained. We had the honor to meet the owner a few years back and he was a fabulous man. We cannot wait to stay again!

Had a fabulous (second) trip to this beautiful idyllic Cape home. Views are stunning from the moment you open the front door and the house is well stocked and comfortable. We were five friends who all quarantined for 14 days prior to be able to enjoy a great getaway together.

Lovely home with spectacular views and great layout for a wonderful family time. Path down to a private beach was wonderful and both high and low tides were magical. Loved how the home was so well equipped - dishwasher soap, paper plates, lots of dishes, we didn't have to spend precious vacation time hunting down essentials. Very thoughtful!We had a great week!!!
