Enjoy your ideal Cape Cod vacation from this relaxing beach retreat! Unwind in this beautiful, newly updated WATER VIEW HOME on the Hyannis/Yarmouth line situated only 120 yards to the private neighborhood Highland Street beach! The first
floor includes an open living/dining/ kitchen area and dry bar. The kitchen is full of the utensils needed
for cooking and grilling. Plates, utensils, and cups for young children are provided as well. Access to the patio is near
the bar. There is an outdoor seating area with a propane fire table and grill which is perfect for entertaining!
There is a full bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, a separate sitting room with a queen sofa bed,
and children’s play area with toys and books on this floor as well. This young BEACHSIDE VACATION
home features all the amenities such as CENTRAL AIR Conditioning, a second floor Primary Suite (king bed) with
private deck and water views and a grand primary bath with spa tub and walk in shower. There are two
additional second floor bedrooms. One has a queen bed and a desk with a 2 monitor work station as
well as a child’s crib with gently used infant/toddler mattress, waterproof cover and sheets. The other
has a twin bed as well as a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). The finished walk out lower level of the home offers
additional sleeping space (a queen and a twin bed), a game room with pool table, sitting area with a
second refrigerator and microwave, and leads to the yard and outdoor shower. Enjoy the beach and
popular Hyannis Park area. Sit and watch the boats float by. You will be only a short distance to
Tugboats for dining, Baxter’s Boathouse Clams, Trader Ed's for summer entertainment, and Hyannis
Marina for boating. Dogs considered upon owner approval. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes
administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. ***Off season $400 cleaning fee applies, 2 night minimum rentals available***

My family and I had a wonderful stay and o would highly recommend this property. Nine of us stayed for four days over the holiday and there was ample space for us to be comfortable. The decor was modern and beautiful. The kitchen was extremely well stocked v and Kent itself beautifully to preparing and serving a large holiday meal. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at this property far exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The views were amazing! We will definitely consider staying at this property again when we travel to the Cape.

This is a great property. Just sit there and watch the ferries come and go all day, swim, SUP, kayak or whatever you want. The kitchen is well equipped and we are fanatical about that. Same for the beach supplies and bathroom readiness. We had two families plus us and Nana and it was very comfortable.

Great place. Best equipped and furnished home I've ever rented, and by far the cleanest. Steps to beach, nice outdoor shower, comfy beds. Firepit made evenings on the patio perfect. AC worked great (was a very hot week). Will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd year at this property. The first year we stayed under different owners and we could tell immediately this year the new owners put some love and care into the property. We love the location, the space and the views. We will definitely be coming back!

The views from this beautiful home were amazing. We had a great stay with our family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Loved watching the ferry boats coming and going from the bay.
Close to down town Hyannis and the lovely ships and restaurants.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
