The main level primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet and a private en-suite bathroom with an oversized shower, heated floor, dual vanity sinks and a private water closet. The first upper level area houses two more bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer a peaceful retreat. These two guest bedrooms are equally comfortable: one has a queen bed and one has a queen bed and single day bed. These guest rooms share a hallway bathroom. The second upper level area has the fourth bedroom all by itself at the top of an open staircase and has a king bed and a living room area with a queen pull out sofa bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom.

The lower level is an oversized oasis of entertainment and relaxation. There is a large workout area with a Ping-Pong table, Peloton Bike and all the equipment you need to stay in shape while on vacation, along with another full bathroom. No pets or smoking allowed. Sat. to Sat., 7 night minimum rentals during the peak season. Shorter stays at a reduced rate are available in the shoulder season. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
