This contemporary home has all the desired amenities including Central Air Conditioning, a first floor primary bedroom (king bed) w/ en suite (jacuzzi tub and walk in shower), 4 Flat Screen TV's, Wi -Fi, and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy ocean breezes while relaxing on the Bluestone patio or take in the scenic views from the second floor balcony off the family room. A beautiful sandy beach awaits you right at your doorstep. The second level has three bedrooms (one room with 2 twins, two with queen beds, each with bathrooms), and a sitting area. There is a bonus sleeping area in the lower level with four beds( wo twins, two doubles). Enjoy BBQ's on the bluestone patio facing the harbor watching the boats and ferries go by! It's a very short distance to Hyannis' Main Street for dining and shopping, Hyannis Marina, Baxters Boathouse for Clams, Tugboats Restaurant, and Trader Ed's for summer entertaining.
