This is it! The one you have been looking for. You found it! Congrats! Welcome to 186 Gosnold Street in Hyannis. Located in the highly desirable SOMA (South of Main Street) district, this 2 bed 1 bath seriously over-delivers on vacation fun. Three beaches nearby (.4 Miles to Keyes Beach, .4 Miles to Veterans Beach, .6 Miles to Kalmus Beach), less than a mile to Main Street, close to the ferries to the Islands (.8 miles to Hyannis Harbor) the list of reasons to book this property goes on and on.
Inside the home you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath. In the living room, there is a pull out double bed sofa. The open concept main room also has a dining table for six people, and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make a great meal. A washer and dryer is tucked into the corner, and a workspace desk is outside the bedrooms if you must get some work done while on vacation... but you won't have time! Outside is where you will be truly impressed! The deck features a sitting area, dining area and a gas grill. At the back of the oversized, fenced in yard in a wood burning fire-pit and chairs.
On top of all this, the home comes equipped with plenty of things to make your vacation stay easier. All linens and towels are provided, beach chairs are provided, outdoor shower is waiting, propane for the grill is provided and fun is mandatory.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. Sat. to Sat. rentals during the peak season only. Three night stays available in the shoulder seasons at a reduced rate. No pets, please. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.

Gosnold Cottage had everything to make my stay perfect -including perfect hosts. Very clean, modern with accessories for fun at the beach or entertaining on the large deck, including the most beautiful garden with fire pit.

Such an adorable cottage! We had an amazing visit to Cape Cod. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great and easy to find. I definitely recommend this little cottage for your getaway trip. The yard was beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Location, indeed. This adorable cottage is a 10 minute walk from a beach with incredibly calm waters, perfect for young kids (but like most Cape beaches it's rocky, so bring your water shoes!). A 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and downtown, Hyannis is so easily accessible without the hassle of loading the kids in the car or driving around looking for parking. The house itself is clean and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen when we weren't going out. The completely fenced in yard was SUCH a win, and regardless of the hour of the day there was always somewhere shady to sit between the deck and fire pit area. The fully enclosed outdoor shower was a nice touch to help keep the beach outside. If your littles need a pack n play there's not really a great place to put one behind a closed door, but if your kid(s) are ok in a real bed, it's the perfect place. The hosts were responsive and helpful with any inquiries we had, and I don't think I've ever walked into a VRBO and said, "it even smells clean in here." A really great stay!
