Enter through the front door into a cozy, comfortable living room, you will know you are in Cape Cod! The living area leads to the bright kitchen and a fantastic three season room for dining and relaxing, surrounded by woods. There is a small back deck and comfortably furnished covered patio area looking out over the tranquil backyard. Please note, there are two queen beds in the sleeping areas.

The kitchen is well-stocked for the chef in all of us. The bathroom has been remodeled. There is a washer/dryer tucked away in the bedroom closet. There are two single beds in the unfinished basement if needed for extra guests.

The grounds have been lovingly landscaped for a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. And there's that covered patio space, with comfortable outdoor furniture for perfect outdoors living, an added area to enjoy a lazy afternoon, rain or shine!

2021 upgrades include solar panels, new windows and a heat pump that provides central A/C.
